Meet Dr. Monica Buhay-Ogilvie Board Certified Pediatric DentistDr. Monica Buhay-Ogilvie was raised in Sterling Heights, Michigan and came to the Washington, DC area to pursue her career in dentistry at Howard University. While practicing as a general dentist, Dr. Monica's desire to work with children grew immensely and led her to pursue a future as a pediatric dentist and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Maryland. Dr. Monica's treatment philosophy revolves around education and care for the children. She stresses the importance of educating them on proper oral hygiene, the root causes of dental disease and the value of prevention.
